Our house is ideal for your holidays in Corrèze. Situated at the gateway to the Lot, in the commune of Noailhac, between the listed villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, this stone house (180 m² living space) combines modern comforts with the charm of the past. It is available to rent by the week during the school holidays, and at weekends throughout the year for a minimum of two nights. The gîte is air-conditioned in summer and has a wood-burning stove in winter. You can enjoy the benefits of balneotherapy in the jacuzzi, located in the relaxation room with pool table and bar. The jacuzzi is only available for weekly rentals, with activation available at an additional cost. This gîte is ideal for a get-together with friends or family. After entering, you will find a large living room of 60 m² with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge, with a traditional fireplace. The rental also includes: 2 WCs, 2 bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower and WC), 4 bedrooms, a small lounge, a utility room and the basement relaxation room with jacuzzi. The gîte is a detached house. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the village and surrounding countryside. It's a quiet, restful place. There is a cleaning charge of 150 euros. Heating/wood for the stove and air-conditioning charges may apply if necessary. A deposit of 750 euros is required.
